I started practicing yoga in 2008 as way to bring better health and wellness to his life journey. Recently, completing my yoga instructor training certificate program with a focus on Vinyasa Yoga practice .I brings to my teaching a life long enjoyment of physical fitness, a passion for helping other find health and wellness in their lives, and a true belief in the mind, body, spirit connection. The outside modern world is so full of noise and non-stop talking. Therefore, I teach yoga in a quiet almost silent manner that allows for the student to focus on their internal landscape so that they are able to become more mindful of their bodies and focus on the breath. Mindfulness of the body is essential as many postures in yoga can cause emotions to be expressed within us as well to prevent physical injuries. The focus on the breath with yoga breathing techniques help to calm the nervous systems and brings awareness of the body that impacts the mind, body, and spirit of a person.
