Conscious Meditative Flow 


7:30pm - 9:00pm

Allow Seth to guide you in this Conscious Mediative Flow. Seth is well versed in providing a flow that challenges your stamina but still provides plenty of modifications and options that honor your body's ever-changing internal climate. Seth begins class with light meditation and breath work; and the flow eventually gradually increases to test your stamina and strength.

Candlelight Flow


7:30pm - 9:00pm

Candlelight Flow with Jude Luth is a moderately paced Hatha and Vinyasa fusion. This class is designed to engage the senses and build up endurance. Jude begins with pranayama exercises (breath work) and stealthily kicks into high gear to boost your strength and vitality. This class is higher energy with elements of candlelight, a fun playlist and aromatherapy.

Yin Yoga


 7:30pm - 9:00pm

While most are familiar with the more Yang or solar practices like Ashtanga or Vinyasa, Yin yoga pulls from the lunar or cooling side of yoga, which provides the perfect compliment to a rigorous physical practice. Jude's yin class will feature long held resting poses, designed to work deep into the soft tissues surrounding joints to promote overall flexibility, joint health, and heal the energetic body by removing blockages. Yogis will also be guided through meditative techniques to promote a deep stillness and a dive into the self, affording a unique opportunity to practice the quieting of the mind.

Alignment Based


7:30pm - 9:00pm

Every Thursday Michael offers a challenging sequence that will keep you on your toes! Trained primarily in the Anusara style of yoga, Michael shares twenty years of practice on the mat with his students. This class focuses on alignment, foundation and plethora of refinements for your pose and your practice. There’s always more!

Bear Yoga



This is a great class for those that are looking to start a foundation in yoga. Get a healthy jump start on your day by covering the fundamentals of breathing, focus, balance, and proper alignment in the poses (asanas).  Learn how to embrace whatever challenges life throws your way with yogic techniques that you can take off the mat into your daily life. Come practice yoga together with your fellow Bears! Ever think you were too big to take a yoga class? Or not flexbile enough? Well, guess what? You can! Bear Yoga is specially designed for bigger-bodied folks but is suitable for everyone. Because size shouldn't matter when it comes to feeling good.

Bring a yoga mat and a towel if you have them, or you can borrow these items from the studio, as well.

Yoga Nidra



 Yoga Nidra is yoga practice that dates back thousands of years but is just now becoming known in the Western world. This technique is a combination of alert awakeness and deep relaxation. We begin practice with some gentle movement, then the body becomes completely still and the mind quiets. Here you will leave the waking state, pass the dream state and settle into a state of deep sleep--yet remain awake and alert. It is here that your mind & body can balance. One hour of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 2.5 hours of deep sleep. You will leave feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, and de-stressed! This is a fantastic way to start your week in a refreshed and positive way!!
