Have you lost your vim and vigor? Are you tired and rundown? Then join us for a vinyasa yoga practice Saturday mornings. We will greet the sun with variations of the sun salutations A and B, core strength poses, and mindfulness breathing techniques.


 

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is yoga practice that dates back thousands of years but is just now becoming known in the Western world. This technique is a combination of alert awakeness and deep relaxation. We begin practice with some gentle movement, then the body becomes completely still and the mind quiets. Here you will leave the waking state, pass the dream state and settle into a state of deep sleep--yet remain awake and alert. It is here that your mind & body can balance. One hour of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 2.5 hours of deep sleep. You will leave feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, and de-stressed! This is a fantastic way to start your week in a refreshed and positive way!!
